Jason Heyward—remember the name

Jason Heyward began his professional career at the age of 17 with the Atlanta Braves. Three years later he is now in the big leagues. Yesterday was his first appearance on opening day. Bottom of the first inning, two men on base, Heyward steps up to the plate with a 2-0 count, fastball low and inside and with one smooth swing he sent a screamer over the right field fence for a two run bomb. The kid has promise, he looks just like Ken Griffey Jr. and his first at bat was a two run jack. 20 years old, not bad for his first appearance/first at bat. I can't wait to see how his rookie season goes. Here is a video of his first at bat.
