Sunday Sunday

It's January 24th, 2010, I just fixed my resume and applied for a few more jobs. This last week I've been thinking about how my life will be completely different after this semester and I can't help but to just wish I knew what I would be doing. But at the same time by not knowing where in the world I'll be is a pretty exciting feeling. I don't have the slightest clue and I've always known where I'll be. I still remember my first day on campus here and my first class...my first soccer game and all the other firsts while I was here. Now as I embark on my last semester I can't help but to think about all the lasts that I'm doing now. It's a bittersweet feeling and I'm trying to embrace each and every day I have left here.

It's Sunday and their are two playoff games today. Jets vs. Colts and Vikings vs. Saints—I'd love to see Favre win a superbowl but I wouldn't be disappointed to see the Saints win one so Scott and the entire city of New Orleans could enjoy it.

Technology in 2010 is definitely taking off. On Wednesday, according to the rumor-mill, Apple will release it's next big thing. It's supposed to be a tablet which will provide a unique experience and I'm sure will take the industry lead for tablets/e-readers. I'm excited to see what it is and maybe, just maybe an early birthday present for me?

I've been reading System Busters by Philip Paul Beyer and although it's a must read for our class I really am enjoying the information that I'm learning. It's for any aspiring business person that either owns or plans to own a business. It's all about a system and following that system to ensure efficiency and consistency. Interesting read for sure.

That's my catch up for the time being.

Cheers.

  1. Hey man, still reading your entries. It's always good to know what and how you're doing ;)

Today, me and David went to play Basketball. Haven't played since New York, but I managed to shoot some hoops and a couple of 3-pointers.

You have to come to Europe man. We could meet somewhere and travel through the continent =p

Anyway, I hope you enjoy your last college days.

PS: you're right. The new Jay-Z album is awesome.
